Privacy
VM Lens is a private beta workspace for Visual Merchandisers. This page explains how account, project, feedback, and uploaded image data is handled.
Data we collect
VM Lens may store your account email, role, Product Focus inputs and results, saved projects, feedback, deletion requests, and technical job status needed to operate the beta.
Uploaded images
Images are processed only to provide the feature you selected. Saved project images are private by default and stored in a private bucket. They are not made public unless a future sharing feature clearly asks for your choice.
AI processing
Product images may be sent to the configured AI provider to create Product Focus analysis. VM Lens stores the resulting decision data and safe operational diagnostics, not secret API credentials.
Deletion
You can request deletion of images, projects, analyses, your account, or all personal data through the Data Deletion page. Private beta requests are reviewed by an administrator.
